CYP2F1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2F1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 441 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2F1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A, DEPDC5, and MCAT. Each is linked with CYP2F1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2F1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
