CYP2E1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2E1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,153 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2E1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monoterpenoid metabolic process, Peptidyl-lysine methylation, and Negative regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with CYP2E1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2E1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2E1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Monoterpenoid metabolic process grouped by CYP2E1-low versus CYP2E1-high in MESO.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
