CYP2E1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2E1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, FoxM1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with CYP2E1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2E1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2E1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by CYP2E1-low versus CYP2E1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
