Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2E1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,299 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHPP, DNAH1, and GOLGA6L4. Each is linked with CYP2E1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2E1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2E1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP2E1 versus LHPP in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
