The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher CYP2D6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP2D6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where CYP2D6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
