CYP2D6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2D6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,702 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2D6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, NRBF2, and SAP130. Each is linked with CYP2D6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2D6-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2D6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP2D6 versus SMC1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2D6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2D6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
