Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2D6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2D6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC39A2, SERPINA12, and KRT18P64. Each is linked with CYP2D6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2D6-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2D6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP2D6 versus SLC39A2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2D6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2D6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
