CYP2D6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2D6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2D6-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FoxM1, and PCNA. Each is linked with CYP2D6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2D6-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2D6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by CYP2D6-low versus CYP2D6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2D6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2D6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
