Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2D6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,831 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2D6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Viral transcription. Each is linked with CYP2D6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2D6-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2D6 results are reported.
