Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2D6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2D6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB4A, OR10G2, and GPR101. Each is linked with CYP2D6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2D6-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2D6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB4A grouped by CYP2D6-low versus CYP2D6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2D6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2D6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
