CYP2D6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2D6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,505 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2D6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIN3B, TTBK2, and PDE4A. Each is linked with CYP2D6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2D6-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2D6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIN3B grouped by CYP2D6-low versus CYP2D6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2D6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2D6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
