Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2C9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,974 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2C9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, Oxidative demethylation, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CYP2C9 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2C9-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2C9 results are reported.
