Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2C9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 711 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2C9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organohalogen metabolic process, Adenylate cyclase-activating serotonin receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with CYP2C9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2C9-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2C9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Organohalogen metabolic process grouped by CYP2C9-low versus CYP2C9-high in STOMACH.
