Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2C8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,133 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2C8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Macromolecule deacylation, and Obsolete histone methylation. Each is linked with CYP2C8 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2C8-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2C8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by CYP2C8-low versus CYP2C8-high in UVM.
