CYP2C8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2C8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,067 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2C8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF885P, RNU6-1078P, and DEFB131A. Each is linked with CYP2C8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2C8-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2C8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF885P grouped by CYP2C8-low versus CYP2C8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2C8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2C8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
