Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP2C58P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYP2C58P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CYP2C58P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP2C58P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and SKCM show a favorable association.

LUAD, GBM, and COAD are the cancer types where CYP2C58P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
