CYP2C19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2C19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,766 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2C19-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, RRM2, and RAD51. Each is linked with CYP2C19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2C19-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2C19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by CYP2C19-low versus CYP2C19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2C19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2C19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
