Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2C19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 528 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2C19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, Lipid hydroxylation, and Cortical actin cytoskeleton organization. Each is linked with CYP2C19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2C19-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2C19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation grouped by CYP2C19-low versus CYP2C19-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
