CYP2C19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2C19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2C19-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM71A, RAX2, and RESP18. Each is linked with CYP2C19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2C19-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2C19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM71A grouped by CYP2C19-low versus CYP2C19-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2C19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2C19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
