CYP2C18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2C18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,691 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2C18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to jasmonic acid, Cellular response to jasmonic acid stimulus, and Protein transport within lipid bilayer. Each is linked with CYP2C18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2C18-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2C18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to jasmonic acid grouped by CYP2C18-low versus CYP2C18-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2C18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2C18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
