Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP2B7P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYP2B7P data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CYP2B7P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP2B7P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP and LUAD are the cancer types where CYP2B7P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
