Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2B6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 367 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2B6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTNAP3C, CYB5R3, and GALNT16. Each is linked with CYP2B6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2B6-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2B6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2B6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2B6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
