Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2A6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,865 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2A6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA splicing, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Fertilization. Each is linked with CYP2A6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2A6-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2A6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA splicing grouped by CYP2A6-low versus CYP2A6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
