CYP2A13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2A13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,540 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS4, INCENP, and NCAPD3. Each is linked with CYP2A13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2A13-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2A13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2A13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2A13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
