CYP27B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP27B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,546 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP27B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, ZFHX3, and FBN2. Each is linked with CYP27B1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP27B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP27B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by CYP27B1-low versus CYP27B1-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP27B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP27B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
