CYP27B1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP27B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,205 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP27B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHNAK, RNA5SP246, and CD93. Each is linked with CYP27B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP27B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP27B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP27B1 versus AHNAK in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP27B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP27B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
