CYP27B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP27B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP27B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMX3, SUN5, and BNIP3P35. Each is linked with CYP27B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP27B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP27B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMX3 grouped by CYP27B1-low versus CYP27B1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP27B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP27B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
