Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP27B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,358 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP27B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vitamin D catabolic process, mRNA 5'-splice site recognition, and Microtubule nucleation. Each is linked with CYP27B1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP27B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP27B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Vitamin D catabolic process grouped by CYP27B1-low versus CYP27B1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
