CYP24A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP24A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,924 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP24A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTGS2, TYMP, and C1orf226_S198. Each is linked with CYP24A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP24A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP24A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP24A1 versus PTGS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP24A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP24A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
