Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP24A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,100 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP24A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vitamin D catabolic process, Cellular response to platelet-derived growth factor stimulus, and Positive regulation of endothelial cell migration. Each is linked with CYP24A1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP24A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP24A1 results are reported.
