CYP21A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP21A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,628 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP21A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4F44P, CCT3P1, and OR52J3. Each is linked with CYP21A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP21A2-to-partner and partner-to-CYP21A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP4F44P grouped by CYP21A2-low versus CYP21A2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP21A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP21A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
