CYP1A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY1, CCDC182, and TP53TG3E. Each is linked with CYP1A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP1A2-to-partner and partner-to-CYP1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSFY1 grouped by CYP1A2-low versus CYP1A2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
