CYP1A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,895 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NME8, PARP4, and SLC7A3. Each is linked with CYP1A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP1A2-to-partner and partner-to-CYP1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NME8 grouped by CYP1A2-low versus CYP1A2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
