CYP1A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,201 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCLK2, TNKS1BP1, and LRRC43. Each is linked with CYP1A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP1A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCLK2 grouped by CYP1A1-low versus CYP1A1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
