CYP1A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK2801, IC-87114, and PF-00299804. Each is linked with CYP1A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP1A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK2801 grouped by CYP1A1-low versus CYP1A1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
