CYP11B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP11B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,550 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP11B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FGD2, BECN1, and LRCH3. Each is linked with CYP11B1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP11B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP11B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP11B1 versus FGD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP11B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP11B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
