CYP11B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP11B1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP11B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Chk2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with CYP11B1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP11B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP11B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by CYP11B1-low versus CYP11B1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP11B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP11B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
