CYP11B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP11B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP11B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOA3DP, ASCL3, and SMCP. Each is linked with CYP11B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP11B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP11B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOA3DP grouped by CYP11B1-low versus CYP11B1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP11B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP11B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
