CYLC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYLC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYLC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA2026, CDH23, and TJP1. Each is linked with CYLC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYLC1-to-partner and partner-to-CYLC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYLC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYLC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
