Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYHR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYHR1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CYHR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYHR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CYHR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
