CYFIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYFIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,884 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYFIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, PLOD1, and NIBAN2. Each is linked with CYFIP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CYFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYFIP2 versus MYEF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
