CYFIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYFIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and CD31. Each is linked with CYFIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CYFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by CYFIP2-low versus CYFIP2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
