CYFIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYFIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,744 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYFIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO3, BBOF1, and TTI2. Each is linked with CYFIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CYFIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXO3 grouped by CYFIP1-low versus CYFIP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYFIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYFIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
