CYCSP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCSP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,230 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCSP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-8P, SUMO2P14, and VN1R7P. Each is linked with CYCSP7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCSP7-to-partner and partner-to-CYCSP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP7 versus RNU1-8P in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYCSP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYCSP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
