Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYCSP6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYCSP6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CYCSP6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYCSP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where CYCSP6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
