CYCSP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCSP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,404 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCSP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B1_S129, OGT, and RTF1. Each is linked with CYCSP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCSP2-to-partner and partner-to-CYCSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP2 versus SF3B1_S129 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYCSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYCSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
