CYCS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,717 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA4, DLD, and MRPL32. Each is linked with CYCS in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCS-to-partner and partner-to-CYCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYCS versus NDUFA4 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
