CYCS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,012 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBRG4, POLD2, and POLD3. Each is linked with CYCS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCS-to-partner and partner-to-CYCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYCS versus TBRG4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
