CYCS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 276 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3675, MIR548AP, and ZNF816. Each is linked with CYCS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCS-to-partner and partner-to-CYCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3675 grouped by CYCS-low versus CYCS-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
