Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYCS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,070 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYCS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pseudouridine synthesis, mRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and DNA-templated transcription termination. Each is linked with CYCS in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCS-to-partner and partner-to-CYCS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pseudouridine synthesis grouped by CYCS-low versus CYCS-high in OESOPHAGUS.
